CorelDRAW® ConceptShare™ Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if there is evidence that you were charged in error. It is the primary account holder's responsibility to inform ConceptShare Inc in writing or by phone if you were billed in error.

ConceptShare™ charges and collects in advance for use of the CorelDRAW® ConceptShare™ Solo, Team, Business and Enterprise Premium Service.

There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of the CorelDRAW® ConceptShare™ Solo, Team, Business and Enterprise Service. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies or duties.

Free account upgrades will take effect immediately and will be billed immediately to your credit card monthly thereafter.
